Functions & Events at Son Sant Andreu

Son Sant Andreu is a versatile and beautiful venue to host your family gathering, party, christening, retreat or wedding. Son Sant Andreu is built over 3 stories has a total of 10 bedrooms, and can sleep up to 26 guests in total. You are able to rent the entire finca or there are also possibilities to take different sections of the Finca.

Featuring a variety of different locations, we have something that can suit parties of many different sizes and styles. 

Areas include:

  • a large pool deck area with stunnng rural views
  • the spacious great hall for indoor dining and wet weather back-up
  • an historic chapel
  • an incredible 15th century wine cellar with a vaulted roof
  • various outdoor locations available for use including a field for a marquee

If you don't need the whole Finca there is a possibility to rent one or two floors.

For example:

  • Ground Floor - Figuera, Parera and Nispero (10 to 12 guests)
  • Main Floor - Taronger, Garrover, Olivera and Prunera (12 - 15 guests)
  • Top Floor - Cirerer, Llimonera and Aubarcoquer (self-contained apartment) (8 to 10 guests)

Terms and Conditions

Deposit – a minimum of 20% deposit will be needed to hold your date. This may be refunded in full up until 3 months prior to your event in the case of cancellation. Full payment for accommodation will be required 7 days before check-in.

Breakages – all breakages outside the usual wear and tear will be the responsibility of the guest and will be invoiced for.

Minimum booking – 5 nights minimum stay excluding peak season, during July, August and September this will need to be individually accessed. (this may be further negotiated in ‘off peak season’. This includes accommodation for up to 26 guests.This also includes the use of the kitchens, pool, gardens, lounges and the bodega. No cleaning fee added.We will clear rubbish during the stay. Breakfast can be provided for a fee.

Events & Weddings – due to the added cleaning, rubbish, electricity and water useage etc we charge a 550e fee for each event held at the Finca when you are inviting external guests and hiring caterers for the event of up to 100 guests. For events larger than this it will be negotiated on an individual basis.

Music & Live Entertainment is a possibility.

External vendors – Son Sant Andreu holds no responsibility for outside vendors and their services.
